    2、 Product introduction

    Fcrgj glue impregnated fiber capacitive wall bushing gradually reduces the high voltage through the capacitive voltage dividing principle. In normal operation, the end screen lead is equal to the flange and grounded through the flange. So that the high-voltage lead can pass through the wall or floor safely and play the role of insulation and supporting the diversion.

    It is composed of primary winding, outer sheath, silicone rubber umbrella skirt, pressure equalizing cover at both ends, flange and conductive wire clamp.


    3、Wall bushing

    For example, the meaning of fcrgj-24 / 3150: rubber impregnated fiber capacitive wall bushing with rated voltage of 24kV and rated current of 3150A.

    Meaning of fcrgj-252 / 2500: glue impregnated fiber capacitive wall bushing with rated voltage of 252kV and rated current of 2500A.


    4、 Use conditions:

    1. Ambient air conditions: ambient air temperature: maximum 55 ℃, minimum - 60 ℃.

    2. The selection of creepage specific distance shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 5582.

    Creepage specific distance is divided into 4 levels:

    Class I: 16mm / kV; Class II: 20mm / kV; Class III: 25mm / kV; Grade IV: 31 mm / kV

    The allowable negative error of the actual creepage distance of the bushing is 0.04l + 1.5mm (L: minimum nominal creepage distance).

    When the user has no requirements, the default is 31mm / kV

    5、 Main technical parameters of the product

    1. Table 1 gives the rated voltage, system working voltage, rated current, insulation level and other parameters of fcrgj type wall bushing.

    2. Under the voltage of 1.05ur / √ 3 and ur, the dielectric loss factor TG δ ≤0.4%。                      

    3. Local discharge capacity: ≤ 5pc under rated voltage of 1.05ur / √ 3.

    4. Temperature rise ≤ 60K, long-time operation at rated current inom

    5. Heat resistant current: ith = 25inom, 3C

    6. Other technical conditions shall conform to the standards IEC 60137-2017 and GB / T 4109-2008 insulating bushings with AC voltage higher than 1000V.

    6、 Transportation and hoisting

    1. Product transportation

    1.1 the products can be transported by train, ship, automobile, airplane and other means of transportation. The train compartment, ship compartment and automobile compartment carrying the products should be kept clean and free of pollutants.

    1.2 the loading of products shall meet the requirements in the transportation regulations, and the products shall be firmly placed. No shaking, collision and movement are allowed during transportation.

    1.3 during product transportation, the inclination shall not be greater than 30 °.

    1.4 after the products are transferred at the station wharf or unloaded at the terminal, the stacking shall not exceed three layers, and other articles are not allowed to be stacked with them.

They are used to compensate for inductive reactive power, improve power factor, improve voltage quality, reduce line losses, and fully utilize the efficiency of power generation and supply equipment.
