Transformer bushing/reactor bushing: mainly used in power transformers and reactors, as a current carrying conductor for introducing or leading out high, medium, and low voltage side currents of transformers or reactors, and as an insulating and sealing sleeve for the outer shell of transformer oil tanks.

    Our company apply international advanced professional electric field analysis software and high voltage bushing internal insulation optimization design software package to optimize the design of internal and external insulation of bushing, core calculation and field strength,and obtain the optimal design scheme to ensure Higher electrical performance.

    Our company adopt imported whole paper winder,using the whole paper winding process, seamless lap technology for paper and aluminum foil to achieve accurate electrode laser location and winding tension control, and ensure axial and radial field strength of condenser core uniform.

    Our company use imported mixing material pouring system and vacuum drying system to ensure resin effectively degassed and core fully dry. So obtain smaller dielectric dissipation and lower partial discharge of bushing core, which ensure product good electrical performance.


    1. ● The main insulation of resin impregnated paper (RIP) bushing is condenser core combined by crepe paper and aluminum foil , which is cured after impregnated with resin epoxy.
    2. ● External insulation is porcelain envelope or composite insulation.
    3. ● Pollution class is anti-pollution class III , IV .
    4. ● Test tap to measure capacitance , dielectric dissipation (tanδ)and partial discharge quantity is set on the middle
    5. grounding flange;
    6. ● End shield to improve electric field distribution of bushing
