    Product Introduction

    Fcrgj glue impregnated fiber capacitive wall bushing gradually reduces the high voltage through the capacitive voltage dividing principle. In normal operation, the end screen lead is equal to the flange and grounded through the flange. So that the high-voltage lead can pass through the wall or floor safely and play the role of insulation and supporting the diversion.

    • fcrgj-24 / 3150: Rubber impregnated fiber capacitive wall bushing with rated voltage of 24kV and rated current of 3150A.
    • fcrgj-252 / 2500: Glue impregnated fiber capacitive wall bushing with rated voltage of 252kV and rated current of 2500A.

    Use Conditions

    1. Ambient air conditions:

    • Ambient air temperature: maximum 55 ℃, minimum - 60 ℃.

    2. Creepage specific distance (complying with GB / T 5582):

    • The allowable negative error of the actual creepage distance of the bushing is 0.04l + 1.5mm (L: minimum nominal creepage distance).
    • When the user has no requirements, the default is 31mm / kV.

    Transportation and Hoisting

    Product Transportation Guidelines:

    • The products can be transported by train, ship, automobile, airplane and other means of transportation. The train compartment, ship compartment and automobile compartment carrying the products should be kept clean and free of pollutants.
    • The loading of products shall meet the requirements in the transportation regulations, and the products shall be firmly placed. No shaking, collision and movement are allowed during transportation.
    • During product transportation, the inclination shall not be greater than 30 °.
    • After the products are transferred at the station wharf or unloaded at the terminal, the stacking shall not exceed three layers, and other articles are not allowed to be stacked with them.
